At CORTISHIFT, we are committed to delivering a high-quality digital protocol and an excellent customer experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Product Policy

1.1 All Sales Are Final: Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned and are generally non-refundable once the order is completed.

1.2 Exceptions (Technical Issues Only): Refunds may be granted if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You did not receive your protocol after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • The file is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be replaced.

2. 30-Night Reset Guarantee (Conditional)

In addition to the above, we offer a conditional satisfaction guarantee known as the 30-Night Reset Guarantee.

This guarantee applies only if you:

(a) Follow the CORTISHIFT protocol for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights (b) Complete the daily tracking and implementation steps included in the protocol (c) Apply the recommended evening and morning routines as outlined in the guide (d) Provide proof of completion, such as:

  • Photos or screenshots of your completed tracking pages
  • Notes or journal entries showing consistent application of the protocol
  • Screenshots demonstrating use of the recommended routines over the 30-night period

If, after completing the above, you have experienced no improvement in your sleep quality or early morning waking patterns, you may request a refund.

You may choose between:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit

Refunds under this guarantee are not automatic and will only be issued after verifying completed work.

This guarantee does not cover outcomes related to pre-existing medical conditions, medication use, or lifestyle factors outside the scope of the protocol.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Contact Us: To request a refund, email us at contact@cortishift.store within 30 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at purchase
  • Proof of completed work as outlined in Section 2

3.2 Review Process: We will review your submission within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it meets the conditions for a refund.

3.3 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to follow or complete the protocol
  • Failure to provide proof of completed work
  • Purchasing the wrong item
  • Disliking the style or format of the content
  • Downloading the protocol and requesting a refund without implementing the material
  • Expecting results without following the 30-night implementation process
  • Results impacted by factors outside the scope of the protocol, including medication, undiagnosed medical conditions, or significant lifestyle disruption

5. Download Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your protocol, contact us at contact@cortishift.store. We will assist you promptly. If the file is corrupted, we will provide a working replacement at no additional cost.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date clearly displayed.
